SGA Biography Jeffery Thiel

Jeffery Thiel is a State General Agent in Missouri and Illinois. Before working with American Income Life Insurance Company, he worked in real estate for a year after college. When the paychecks came in, Jeffery knew he could make more; that’s when he found AIL.

Jeffery joined American Income Life for advancement opportunities and because he liked the idea of renewal income. With renewals he knew he was going to “… provide a lifetime of wealth for [his] future family.” With his goal of financial success in mind, Jeffery quickly made his way up to management and currently runs his own Agency.

In January 2007, Jeffery knew he’d made the right decision working with AIL after having a very profitable production day. That’s when he began to see the true potential of opportunity unlimited. When asked if he would do anything different if given the chance to start over with American Income Life, Jeffery said, “I would change nothing, because all the ups and downs I’ve experienced prepared me for the success I have in my current position.”

Success has definitely followed Jeffery, as he was recognized as being the number five Master General Agent with the company in 2008. Though Jeffery advanced quickly, having achieved several awards and accolades such as being awarded the National Leadership Award for the Leadership Development Seminar in 2008 for having written the most Net ALP among those attending the seminar, his most rewarding experience has been training and developing the future leaders of AIL.
